Manufactured in anti corrosive treated steel,delivered ready to assemble with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions with pictures.

The trap door contains mineral and wool insulation with a drop lock. Fitted with pre drilled holes in the frame; expansion shell bolts when fitted to concrete beams and hexagon head wood screws when fitted to wooden beams. Can also be directly founded into place. Gas piston balanced door.

Easy to manuoevre with an opening handle. Suitable for ceiling heights up to 2.62m, an extension can be purchased to extend it to 3.28m ceiling heights. 1 Hour fire rated, they come in two sizes: 606 x 1136 exterior carcase, or 736 x 1436. 150kg weight rating. Handrail available in primed steel.

This fire resistant Lot Ladders is Manufactured in coniferous wood. Delivered ready to install with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions

The trap door is unvarnished, effictively insulated and sealed. The trap door is sprung balanced with an espagnolette locking with two bolts, with 60mm insulation. Easy to manuoevre with an opening handle.

Suitable for ceiling heights up to 2.7m, an extension can be purchased to extend it to 3.2m ceiling heights. 1/2 Hour fire rated, they come in two sizes: 540 x 1130 exterior carcase, or 700 x 1130. - Spruce Timber.

150kg weight rating. Handrail available in white metal.
