The maximum floor to loft floor height is 3.0m. The minimum vertical clearance required is 762mm, with a minimum horizontal clearance of 1.24m. The opening should be not less than 457mm x 560mm.

The loft ladders come with fitting instructions, hinges, pole and catch . The alloy ladders handrail is also supplied. Suitable for weights up to 150kg (23.5 stones static load).
