OPT 50 Alloy Tower High quality aluminium tower certified to HD 1004 Class 3. Built for light trade and domestic use. Ideal for inside and outside working. Safe, strong and easy to transport, store and erect.

"OPT 50" - Aluminium Tower Comprises:-

  • 2 - 7 rung lower frames

  • 2 - 8 rung upper frames

  • 1 - wooden platform

  • 2 - handrails

  • 2 - lower guard rails

  • 4 - diagonal braces

    The British Standard for scaffold towers is BS1139: Part 3: 1994 "Metal Scaffolding: Specification for prefabricated mobile access and working towers" (HD1004) and applies to INDUSTRIAL duty towers.

    HD1004 published by the European Committee for Standardisation in 1992 is the basis for a European standard used across 18 different countries. BS1139: Part 3: 1994 is the British implementation of HD1004.
