- Effortless counterbalance lift system

- Supplied with draught proofed timber hatch and timber lining
- Made to measure sizes are available
Top operating lever to enable operation from above (Model DTOC) Requires 850mm beyond and 500mm above hatch for clearance
Fire resistant hatch certificated to 30 minute standard
