Manufactured in coniferous wood, a safe and sturdy construction. Delivered ready to assemble with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions with pictures.
The 30mm insulated trap door is painted with a white base coat. Adjustable spring balanced trap door with recessed sealing lock, easy to manoeuvre with 80cm long opening key and sealed with a sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts.
Fits ideally into modern properties with 60cm joint centres.
Wooden 3-part folding step ladder which fits onto the trap door when folded, no horizontal loft clearance required.
The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the ladder after adjusting the ladder length.
