Delivered fully assembled and ready to fit with detailed assembly instructions and with pictures.
Constructed for easy installation with architrave frame, pre-drilled assembly holes and fitting springs at the front and at the back.
Gas piston balanced trap door with an espagnolette lock with two bolts, very easy to manoeuvre with opening handle. Trap door is sealed to prevent heat loss and draught.
The trap door has an elegant architrave, is surface treated in matt white finish and is effectively insulated with 50mm insulation.
LUX & LEX are two types of folding ladders in 3parts, in wood . Both fit onto the hatch door when folded and no loft clearance is required.
The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the ladder after adjusting the ladder length
